This is a double fermented and double washed Gesha cultivar coffee from Huila, Colombia, produced by Wilson Ramon Jóven on his farm Finca las Palmas.Walnut and teek nasal initial notes set you up for a big surprise.
 
A refreshing silvery champagne tang carries you from fresh forest floor to an herbaceous bouquet of roses and baby's breath.  On the finish, look for warmer fruit notes like apricot and guava to smooth the pallet.  Settling of sweetness invites the journey to satrt again.
